Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and are typically 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

 

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other events outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@driftrelax.com.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Drift Relax is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at support@driftrelax.com so we can assist.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@driftrelax.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
